1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Your email address, name (optional), and an encrypted password when you register.
  • Diagnostic data: The ZIP files you upload containing Windows system logs, event data, driver information, and performance metrics.
  • Usage data: Number of analyses performed, subscription status, and timestamps.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the diagnostic analysis service
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To process payments through our payment provider (Stripe)
  • To communicate important service updates or respond to support requests
  • To monitor usage and prevent abuse of the Service

3. Diagnostic Data Handling

Your uploaded diagnostic files are processed in real-time by our AI analysis engine. Uploaded ZIP files are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage during analysis and are automatically deleted after processing. We do not retain raw diagnostic files beyond the analysis session. Analysis results (summaries, issue counts, and recommendations) may be stored in your account history if you are a Pro or Business subscriber.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure cloud infrastructure. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Stripe: Payment processing — subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy
  • AI/LLM Provider: Diagnostic analysis — your data is processed but not stored or used for model training
  • Cloud Storage: Temporary file hosting during analysis

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can disable non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential cookies and analytics

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our Support page.

8. Data Retention

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Uploaded diagnostic files are deleted immediately after analysis. Analysis history is retained for Pro and Business subscribers and deleted upon account cancellation. If you delete your account, all associated data will be removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
