1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PC Diagnostic Analyzer (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

PC Diagnostic Analyzer is an AI-powered tool that analyzes Windows PC diagnostic data uploaded by users. The Service provides automated analysis and recommendations based on system logs, event data, and configuration files. The analysis is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional IT support.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers a Free plan (limited to 5 analyses per month), a Pro plan ($9.99/month or $59.99/year for 30 analyses per month), and a Business plan ($29.95/month or $199/year for 200 analyses per month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at our support page and we will review your case.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to analyze data from computers you do not own or have authorization to diagnose
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the diagnostic tool, AI models, and interface — are owned by PC Diagnostic Analyzer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any diagnostic data you upload.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will be completely accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Diagnostic results are suggestions and should be verified by a qualified technician before taking action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Diagnostic Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or downtime resulting from following diagnostic recommendations.
